• Condo application fee: $150 per person or $150 per married couple (via Tenant Evaluation app; paid separately)

• The application is mostly personal information regarding the tenant (to check credit and background information). Documents to be provided are the ID's of all tenants, lease agreement, marriage certificate (if married), and dog vaccination if there are pets.

• Valet parking is available free of charge for one vehicle. Additional vehicles are $100 per month per vehicle, or $25 per day.

• Emails and valid photo IDs for all guests are required to complete the registration process prior to check-in.

• A fully refundable security deposit of $6,000 is required and will be returned within 5-7 business days post-checkout.
