Size and decor.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but they need to make sure. Which unit is exactly the one i'm supposed to stay in.
The team was communicative but slow to respond at times. Also a very costly charge for mail returns if you happen to accidentally leave items. I was quoted $275 to return a tiny jewelry box. The jewelry was not worth that amount and I was able to replace it all for less than their return quote but it felt like a slap in the face. The place itself was clean and free of clutter but the bathroom and windows need updating. Specifically with the shower, there was no door, only a partial glass cover so half the shower is exposed. Even with a towel placed on the floor it was constantly soaked as a result. Overall, the place is in a semi safe area but is lacking in quality and things to do nearby. I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re on a tight budget.
